The National Iowa Varsity Club is dedicated to promoting, preserving and protecting the accomplishments and memory of the men and women who have competed
on all Varsity athletic venues for The University of Iowa. The Varsity Club operates as a not-for-profit organization in close coordination with the University of Iowa Athletic Department.
The OBJECTIVES of the National Iowa Varsity Club are to:
1) Serve University of Iowa varsity award winners;
2) Promote, preserve, and protect the accomplishments and memory of University of Iowa alumni varsity student-athletes; and
3) Promote, foster, and assist in the growth and betterment of The University of Iowa athletics program.
The National Iowa Varsity Club has two primary PROGRAMS:
1) Sponsor and administer The University of Iowa Athletic Hall of Fame
2) Administer the I-Ring Program
