National Iowa Varsity Club

Honorary Letterwinners are those individuals who did not win a Varsity letter at the University of Iowa, but display the characteristics of an Iowa Letterwinner through humanitarian undertakings for student-athletes and/or athletic department, recruiting assistance and/or promotion of Iowa Athletic programs.

The recipient need not be a letter winner, making this award open to coaches, news media, staff members, and the general public.
